includes weekly maid service and mid-week towel service.
Ask us about special
events such as the Rolex Regatta (watch from deck). All stays
subject to 8% hotel tax, security deposit, and cancellation
policy. Manager Rita Staheli will be available on Island as your
local liaison. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to
change without notice.

Payment & Policy |
- Deposit: A 50% deposit payable in US funds by personal
or company check, money order or bank check is due 10 days
after making reservation. If deposit is not received in that
time, the reservation will automatically be canceled.
- Full Payment: Balance owing for reservation is due 30
days prior to the arrival date. Payment must be in US funds
by bank check, money order or traveler's check only.
- Cancellation: For a full refund, cancellation of a
reservation must be received no later than 45 days prior to
the arrival date except for winter season, which requires 60
days. No refund for cancellations received after the cutoff,
No Shows, and early Checkouts.
- Security Deposit: Fully refundable security deposit is
required for stays longer than three weeks. Security deposit
is refunded within 30 days of departure provided there are
no deductions for damages.
